¿Puedo elegir la figura que me toca?
En el gacha no: la figura concreta es al azar, esa es la gracia 😼. Si quieres elegir exactamente la que te llevas, pásate por la colección Figuras.
¿Cuánto tarda el envío?
Entre 7 y 14 días naturales, a toda España. Entre envío e impuestos pagas 1,99 € por pedido, o 3,98 € si el carrito no llega a 10 €. Es una vez por pedido, no por cápsula, y no crece por añadir más cosas. Sin cuentos de "mañana en tu casa".
¿Hacéis envíos fuera de España?
¡Sí! Enviamos a toda Europa y a Estados Unidos. Fuera de España el plazo puede alargarse unos días; los gastos exactos los ves en el checkout. Ojo: en algunos países europeos la entrega se hace en un punto de recogida cercano (el mensajero avisa por SMS al teléfono del pedido, y nosotros te reenviamos el aviso si nos llega a nosotros).
¿Y si llega roto o defectuoso?
Te lo reponemos o te devolvemos el dinero. Además tienes 14 días para desistir (política de devoluciones).

The little figurines took 8 days to arrive to Germany and were packaged well! The product boxes were a bit crumbled up, but that's expected while trying to save on shipping and also depends on how the post people handle packages, so I don't blame the seller for this. The figurines themselves look just as good as I've expected from the listing pictures - great quality, detailed and don't give the impression of being cheap. The only minor issue with these figurines is the RGB lighting that it comes with. For example, Calcifer looks amazing in yellow/orange/red lighting, but since it flows through all other colors (like green, blue, etc.) it really messes up with the aesthetic. Would've preferred if it has fitting static color, but again, this is minor, can enjoy these on display without the need of lighting at all.

o kit chegou inteiro na minha casa, no prazo correto e sem nenhum amassado. A única coisa que me deixou levemente insatisfeita foi que não é igual ao das imagens e são bem pequenos, estava esperando uma coleção diferente. A maioria das fotos do anúncio mostrava uma coleção de itens diferente. Mesmo assim, estou satisfeita com a coleção que chegou e manterei a compra.

la caja un poco abollada , pero el artículo en perfecto estado. Tal y como se describe, super bonita y la luz genial con diferentes tonos, un toque perfecto. Me encanta, seguro que repetiré compra a ver si tengo suerte y no sé me repite 😊

I GOT TOTORO!!! I was so excited because I LOVE the movie My Neighbor Totoro. I didn't even realize these light up. They are sort of clear and have a little changing light color. Super happy with this little blind box. Really cute!

las figuras super bonita y bien hechas solo que cuando se envian y llegan las cajas llegan aplastadas estaria bien que las envolvieran en algo para que no lleguen en mal estado
